Is there a setup fee or any additional costs?

No. There is no setup fee or any kind of additional costs. When you opt for our solution, you only need to pay for subscription, there are no hidden fees.


How long do your contracts last?

Our plans are designed as month-to-month or year-to-year subscriptions.


Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, at any time, directly from your Dashboard. You are able to change your subscription, add additional services, or cancel any of your subscriptions. Simply log in to your Drey account and manage Subscription settings.


What happens when my subscription period ends?

When your subscription period ends, your service will be automatically renewed. Before that, we will remind you by email that your account will be charged. However, you are able to unsubscribe from our services anytime you want.


Can I receive refund for already subscribed services?

Unfortunately, no. We don't support refunds at this moment, and all payments at Drey are final.


What happens when I unsubscribe?

When you unsubscribe, your services are still available for you until subscription period expires. They will not be automatically renewed after that and all related data will soon be deleted. Also, when you unsubscribe you will not be refunded for the period between unsubscription and service expiry.


What am I actually buying by subscribing to Drey services?

With your Drey payment you are purchasing the right to use the subscribed services for the time period you choose. We operate and maintain the software, so you can focus on using the services and your data. You can export your data any time you want.


Do I need another web host when subscribed to your service?

No. Drey services include cloud hosting, ensuring your website and email service remain available anytime.


Which payment methods are available?

You can sign up with easy online payments using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX) or PayPal. Prices are in CHF for Swiss Customers and in EUR for worldwide customers.


Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! There is a discount if you choose yearly subscription (annual – 12 months in advance). Also, other discounts may be provided occasionally.


Do I have to install anything?

Drey Services are web-based solutions, so there's nothing to be installed and no server or platform requirements to worry about. All you need is any modern browser you already have installed on your computer!


Do you offer custom services?

If you think that our general service is interesting, but would need some adaptation to your specific needs, please contact our sales team at sales@drey.com and we will provide you with a bespoke solution.


Is the customer support available for free services as well?

Yes, we provide support for all Drey Services, via email or by Drey ticketing system.


Do you offer any free service? Are they limited with some trial period?

Yes, we do and it is called Free Website. You can use it for free and it is not time limited.
